On about 3 previous occasions I have clicked on ADS, that quickly turn into a series of messages on my screen saying my computer had been - taken over. The first time I quickly switched off my laptop, without closing it down first. Luckily this got rid of the problem and I did this subsequently.
This needs to be looked into and stopped as people must be being caught out by this. The offending ads tend to be independent, sensational (to attract people to click on them).
