  17. Cannot access mail account , password does not work and security questions are not correct

    Hi i am unable to access a mail account , it seems that the password has changed and the security questions do not work , please could you assist , i have tried all avenues and this is the only way I am able to list my problem.

    The email address in question is ellapendp@yahoo.com

    It was working about 2 weeks ago but now i am unable to access the account???? i have changed nothing on my side.

  18. My account was hacked and it sent an email to some of my contacts.

    We aren't sure whether or not the emails contained viruses, however we do believe that you should go over your security protocols. For a while we couldn't access the account because the password wasn't working, but we reset it and gained access.
