  1. PLEASE make the contacts list easier to manage!!!! Every time I edit a contact, everything freezes up and I have to refresh the page...

    Using the contacts list is awful. It needs to be user-friendly, and quick to assign contacts to lists. Every time I edit a contact, the whole page freezes and I have to refresh the page. It's cumbersome and time-consuming. I'm a very unhappy customer!

    Hi I wonder if you could assist me in issue i been having my account is vladimirkrstc@yahoo.com. wife's account has been locked out anamarjanovic80@yahoo.com, so we went trough with security questions but unfortunately due to my wife's reading a lot of books we don`t know which one she put as her favorite in 2009. so she can not get mails either trough web or Ipad.

  5. Hi,what is wrong with the email. I cannot download attachments and neither can i upload attachments.

    Cannot download or upload attachments. Very poor service. I do not want tio change my details but i keep getting messages to change details. This is very poor service from Yahoo considering how long i have this account. Should things not change for the better soon, i will close this account

How do I log this and block this email. I would prefer to report the account holder to the police. What options do you have available?
