Cannot get into my account and support is non-existent
You have changed my security question answer where I spent my honeymoon I cannot get into my account as you now require this password which you did not before there is no other way to verify oneself.
Don't just change something your clients or users can be adversely affected think!!!

I infrequently travel to China. Last time my account access was revoked because it was an "unusual location". I want Yahoo to turn this nonsense off.
Now, in my home country signing in from my mother's computer I get a message that I've signed in from an unusual location in the US. Who do I phone or email to discuss this? Will my account be closed?The biggest problem is Yahoo here, not villains.

Aloha, experiencing exactly the same problem Robin.
The number they provide as customer care "does not exist"...so they lock my account for 12 hrs after which we have to go through this again? Have either of you been helped? Thank you -

i was asked to change my password and it worked fine for a week and suddenly my account is blocked and no matter what answer I put in my security question of my yahoo password, nothing work, just like the customer support service.
and maybe we will not even get a answer on this post as well
