    strangely enough, I have exactly the same problem. I just hope that Yahoo SA will get back to us on this problem as the Customer Service webpage is non-existant and the rest of the "help" pages is not much of a help either.

    i was asked to change my password and it worked fine for a week and suddenly my account is blocked and no matter what answer I put in my security question of my yahoo password, nothing work, just like the customer support service.

    and maybe we will not even get a answer on this post as well

    I have the same problem. And I work through my e-mails. Went on holiday and came back and nothing worked and this just after yahoo asked me to change my password
