After one hour, ten calls, and about $15 in overseas phone charges, I have still not spoken to a representative, and have reached several dead ends in your phone menus. I am incredibly frustrated, to say the least.
I am calling from South Africa because I am locked out of my account and can only access by calling, apparently. Please give me a way to contact you that 2) actually enables me to speak to a human rather than going through 5-6 dead end keypad entries, and 2) does not cost me significant amount of time and money. This really is quite a simple query - I need to retrieve my password so I can sign in to alli@allisonandersonart.com.
For feedback - your attempts to outsource a list of issues to FAQs of your website, coupled with your requirement to call in for any issues makes for an absolutely atrocious customer experience.
