Keep my weather location & not change it after I close my home page.

Quit changing my weather location everytime I close my homepage. Where you have the location, I DON'T even live there. I'm tired of this Yahoo that you keep messing up here!! Enough is enough. KEEP MY WEATHER LOCATION, WHERE I LIVE!!
