Get rid of the moving ads on the sides which cause the email site to freeze intermittently. Among other things, this makes composing emails extremely difficult! When I am trying to type an email, the keyboard freezes every time each ad loads. It takes forever to finally type a single word. Horrible!

I have a problem. When I open a new window the bars show up with nothing in them. They used to tell me which window was what.
I don't know which is which as I have had 3 different ones!! The first is just a long list of emails, the old version. Another one has popped up with a split screen and I hate it. The third one has a list but all divided according to day/date. I like this one. How can I keep it?

Problem accessing email
I can't access my email from my phone or home computer. I don't know what is going on with your system but nothing is working to let me in to delete or view my emails unless I go to the basic email on my computer. But I'm SOL on my phone.

You bastards have deleted my emails from a lost brother in Australia. Instead I have a few facebook pots that I did not save to my folder.

Disaster policy
After Hurricane Katrina I couldn't get online for several months. Yahoo policy for non use of account for a month deleted all my saved mail and contacts heaping unnecessary loss on top of disaster loss. Now there are several disasters and millions of people facing loss they don't even know about. I hope you are considering your disaster response situation.

How do notify the Yahoo Team about my SPAM/Phishing emails??? I want to help your team work on the security filters!
I think it would be a good idea for an option to send your Email Security Team (or bots) some things to look for in the emails to block them completely. So instead of seeing repeated emails in the SPAM folder, the servers could pretty much just BLOCK those SPAM/Phishing emails.
What do you think?
