My yahoo email lost emails, can you help?
Dear Yahoo,
My email account hasn't been used for a long time, and today i found all my previous emails are missing, can you help me? Thanks in advance. -
Time stamp for my emails that I send out...
I want to set up my time stamps on my email to reflect WHEN and in what time zone they actually come from without being sent ADVERTISEMENT based on my location.
It is a pain to have to make sure I enter my BASIC time stamp which WILL conflict, to the minute, with the time stamp yahoo provides.

My idea is please stop rejecting my comments for no reason. You rejected the comment "Everyone have a good day"
My comments are rejected for no reason, as being against Yahoo guidelines. I posted "Please google the word Literally" and it was rejected. Then, I posted "Everyone have a good day" and it too was rejected. This is the only way I could find to get a message through, since I will not pay to talk to someone.

You have a sports app. BIG ERROR. sometimes the app give the city, (DET), other times the team name (LIONS). Please fix. Very annoying
Do not interchange the city name and the team name withing the same scoreboard. Use the team name or the city name. Don't say for example Det vs Bears, Is is Det vs Chi or Lions vs Bears

When you provide a title "Contact US" dont do bait and switch as you dont provide any way to contact you!!!
When I go to my "Sent" mail Yahoo only displays the heading of the email address Yahoo fail to download the balance of the message and doesn't provide any communication method for the customers to inform Yahoo of the problem. !!!

Getting rid of repetitive ads
I have repeatedly clicked the feedback icon to get rid of ad I find inappropriate and it continues to pop up. What is the point of giving feedback on ads if you can't get them to stop? Find a way to make getting rid of them once and done. I want to be able to stop ads I find offensive, inappropriate or not relevant. The help site is useless.

the instruction was "
click on the settings icon" Even showed a picture of what the settings icon looks like (a gear). But no settings icon was on that page. I had to go hunt for it on other pages. So my suggestion is: when you tell people to click on something, that something should be visible at the same time. -
Deactivated email
Yahoo deleted my email that was bound to dozens of accounts/games because of "inactivity." I now have to make new accounts and have lost thousands of dollars because I can't sign into my old accounts! Thank you!

Allow a person to contact your "Legal Department" electronically, email or phone. Thanks
Recently I was asked by Bank Of America to contact your Legal Department. I sent an email to your customer care. A few days later I was asked to contact your Legal Department via USPS with a letter. This seems kind of insane, being it is almost 2022. Everything else is done electronically or over the phone and you are still using USPS for legal issues. As of today more than a week later I have not heard from Yahoo Legal Department.

Do not accept biased or obscene advertising.
On the Yahoo homepage was an ad for a company named Cotosen. The ad showed a shirt they were selling with the words "Let's Go Brandon." These words mean "******** Biden." Not only is this obscene, but is so politically biased as to make it morally unforgiveable for Yahoo to accept such an ad. Yahoo should be ashamed. Your management is corrupt.
