   I went to find out what a feature on Yahoo that keeps popping up, then reset for no reason. I click help, and the clicked other. I typed in the issue and clicked submit... NOTHING. Submit button doesn't work. I guess this is how your like to receive feed back.

10. YOU NEED TO GIVE AN OPTION TO UPDATE PHONE NUMBERS!!!!

    I legit have had my account for years over 15 years. I cannot remember the Phone number associated with the account. Nor do I have access to the number associated with the account. I got a new phone and number. I legit have access to the recovery email. Since two factor verification is turned on. I cannot update the number. At least put the security questions back on. This is insane!!!

    We have been getting a great deal of spam e-mails daily for the past month. It is very annoying having to go to each e-mail and put them into the spam folder and then they come back to our inbox, again and again.

    Can't find answer on yahoo help site, so went to Google and found answer. I wonder is Google offers email? They seem to have answers to fix problems at the ready.
    Yahoo was no help in my problem with my Yahoo account. Why?
    Google had the answer for free.
