YOU NEED TO GIVE AN OPTION TO UPDATE PHONE NUMBERS!!!!
I legit have had my account for years over 15 years. I cannot remember the Phone number associated with the account. Nor do I have access to the number associated with the account. I got a new phone and number. I legit have access to the recovery email. Since two factor verification is turned on. I cannot update the number. At least put the security questions back on. This is insane!!!

Spam
We have been getting a great deal of spam e-mails daily for the past month. It is very annoying having to go to each e-mail and put them into the spam folder and then they come back to our inbox, again and again.

I can understand why yahoo makes it difficult to do just about anything. Probably be inundated with irate people. Your home page is rife with false advertising and advertising that has outright lies as lead ins. Shame on yahoo and the people who allow this to happen.

Suggest going to Google to find help with Yahoo
Can't find answer on yahoo help site, so went to Google and found answer. I wonder is Google offers email? They seem to have answers to fix problems at the ready.
Yahoo was no help in my problem with my Yahoo account. Why?
Google had the answer for free.
Yahoo had no answer on it's help site.

You can improve by fixing the help option on the help screen and fixing the chat. On the help screen, when you click HELP a box pops up with a drop down that has no options to select from and it wont close when you tap the X. You can also fix this screen and allow for screen shot uploads. The chat just keeps asking if you want help but doesn't provide assistance. Fix the broken link
On https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN7776.html the link for the Yahoo Calendar Mobile Web is defective (has an extra "w" in it, typo). Also unclear if Yahoo Calendar is supported on mobile web; the corrected link (without the "w") drops one at the Mail Inbox, not the Calendar.

If I receive an email from yahoo , I expect to have the link open when I clickmon it. Instead I get a circle that goes round a d round and does not load. I got a new modem and had cable here to troubleshoot. The problem is YAHOO.
