Fix your algorithm for monitoring community guidelines
You use an algorithm to enforce community guidelines in the comments sections for news. It is basically censorship and it is used way too strictly. You have it set so that certain words no matter what the context is, cannot be used. I've seen it where there were words in the headlines whose use was prohibited when commenting.
It's horrible and it's not treating people with respect or as mature adults. We're not children, ya know, but that's how you are treating adults. It's disgraceful.

I’m gonna try to put this down without cussing because at this point I am so so angry that I will never in my life. Go to Yahoo again. Starting to think customer service ain't one of yahoo's strengths
How can a website be around so long and proceed to provide zero assistance through customer service. I'm in the process of getting a new phone cause my other is too damaged to use. HOME SCREEN DESIGN
I would like to suggest that on the homepage to remove the never loading advertisement at the top of the homepage. This causes the other stories to be squeezed down and therefore, I can not read the whole title, they are being suppressed.

Problems with the email
The email account is not functioning properly and I think it might be because of that new game you added to the program. Tab lines are being deleted from the first page on the email after you select a certain type of email. When you go back the tabs for Priority, Subscriptions, Social, etc.. do not come back up I have to close the browser and come back in to the email to see the tabs again. In the Trash been I do not have the availability to delete multiple emails with one click or rather 2 because the tab…

I haven't been able to use the comment section at the end of the articles for about a month. I have tried every single 'help' suggestion and even bought a new computer...nothing worked.
