online help requests seem to be looped whereas I get sent back to same pages and nothing is accomplished

    My Yahoo email will not send. I get error message 554 5.7.1 every time. I have spent hours trying to find solution. The Yahoo website is useless. There is no contact phone number, no chat, no way to email. Yahoo should treat its customers better unless they don't want nay customers, of course. I need a solution to this error message and I need my Yahoo mail to work!!! If Yahoo can't or won't help solve this problem, they should be responsible and tell me.

    why can't we contact yahoo direct? Why is there no phone number to call? Why is there no chat function?

    Having recently reached hotmail support over chat in a matter of minutes, and had my account problem resolved ten minutes latter, the endless loop of yahoo support clicks that ends nowhere is beyond frustrating. There needs to be a way to have a live human help with the issues that the system clearly wasn't designed to address.
