Starting to think customer service ain't one of yahoo's strengths
How can a website be around so long and proceed to provide zero assistance through customer service. I'm in the process of getting a new phone cause my other is too damaged to use. I would like to suggest that on the homepage to remove the never loading advertisement at the top of the homepage. This causes the other stories to be squeezed down and therefore, I can not read the whole title, they are being suppressed.

Problems with the email
The email account is not functioning properly and I think it might be because of that new game you added to the program. Tab lines are being deleted from the first page on the email after you select a certain type of email. When you go back the tabs for Priority, Subscriptions, Social, etc.. do not come back up I have to close the browser and come back in to the email to see the tabs again. In the Trash been I do not have the availability to delete multiple emails with one click or rather 2 because the tab…

I haven't been able to use the comment section at the end of the articles for about a month. I have tried every single 'help' suggestion and even bought a new computer...nothing worked. Then when I told her I had tried everything she told me my problem was 'out of her scope' and referred me to this specific site which is bogus because I see that no one will monitor it "for any support-related issues" and refers me back to the help site which was not helpful. When I am typing a comment, some video or slideshow feature on the page resets the page and I can't type without clicking at the end of my comment text. This happens every few seconds.

take me back to the former yahoo
I have read the instructions to get back to the former yahoo! page becuase the new layout is awful.
but I do not have anything in the upper right corner of my account that shows how to get back to the former layout.
Please don't tell me to the upper right corner and click on anything because NOTHING IS IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THIS NEW YAHOO! LAYOUT.
