Charging $$ for tech support! There are certainly reasons for Custom,high level, & non. standard requests, to sometime require payment.
But, when the PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR PRODUCT - well, that's PATENTLY ABSURD !
You need to own up to your mistakes ! It's starting to look like letting AI create your latest interface, may be a really big one.

STOP hijacking users accounts that HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN their password and forcing users to PAY to recover accounts that know their password
Forcing users that still know their password to PAY for unnecessary "recovery" seems extremely predatory ESPECIALLY when BOTH THE USER NAME AND PASSWORD ARE CORRECT

For the last 2 months, every time I log in, Yahoo requests a verification code
For the last 2 months, Yahoo requests a verification code every day when I log in on my home computer. To get the code, I have to log into a backup email account (that is not Yahoo). Why does my Yahoo account need to be verified every day?

System for browsing emails
Please, I see that in the new version of Yahoo Mail, to browse through old emails, you have to click on the sidebar down, while in the old version, you had to click on the arrow at the top. I wanted to know if that can be changed and having this new version, since it seems to me that the way you browsed through emails in the old version was better.

Frontier merging
Frontier merging with yahoo locked my email account and I have not been able to get into it since March 18th. I have spent combined hours with whomever you have hired to help and I have been given nothing but the runaround. I cannot access vital information from my Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, the kids school emails, nothing. It shouldn't take an act of congress to reinstate my password. I am very upset with Yahoo for the non help.

It's no longer possible to get help from Yahoo without paying for it. Looking for free help on Yahoo is just a big run around. All you will find are ads for their new paid support service. Yahoo wil not let me enable data sharing which is my right under California law, and I have found no way to complain about this on any Yahoo web page. What has happened to Yahoo?

Lack of support/mail help
There not being an email to message for support issues is an atrocious way to conduct business. Then having to pay for phone support??? The yahoo support is awful, with only broad choices to choose from. Actually provide help/information
I've been unable to find out why Yahoo deletes all of my comments when they relate directly to the article and are not offensive. Help site is no help, emailing corporate sites has provided no help and repeated inquiries of customer service is no help. They hide behind claiming response on Facebook or Twitter. I DO NOT USE TWITTER OR FACEBOOK! Use the email address you have for me. Or admit gross incompetence or just don't care about customer satisfaction.
