  1. cannot send mail with Bcc from Thundirbird!!

    What have you (Yahoo) done this time?!? Again! this happened a few years ago, and now it's back! Bcc sending withiThundirbird does not work anymore since last week!!

  2. Allow your customers to talk to an agent about basic questions without having to pay any money

    Allow your customers to be able to talk to an agent about basic questions without having to pay any money for simple questions and then the customer can be directed on what to do next. Then if its something that needs to be paid for the agent can advise on how and what needs to me done!!

  3. Yahoo account gets blocked with messages

    My Yahoo account is subhrajit_chandra@yahoo.com. But I can not delete the earlier messages. Thus my account gets blocked with messages. So, please help me remove this situation as early as possible..

  5. Missing post

    Can you not delete factual comments. Yes I realize it may offend someone, but yes I did actually get covid-19. I did have my heart stop twice. I did spend 12 weeks in the hospital and 6 months out of work. I did have the 1st round of 2 shots of the Pfizer "vaccine".

    Everything there is real. It did happen. I don't care that you don't like it. You don't get to take away the soapbox just because you don't like the truth. I have the medical records and bills and the vaccine card to prove the story. All…

  9. Customer support is garbage

    I tried cancelling my subscription leading up to the automatic renewal deadline, but was unable to get through to the chat service that is limited to M-F, 9AM ET-6PM ET - only available during work hours, expecting customers to work around their work schedules as opposed to providing flexible times and dates throughout the week and weekend - and rarely works when you do find the time to fit it in. Had to spend six hours fighting through "OOPS!" messages and "try again later!" updates before I finally got through. Conveniently told I would be able to cancel my subscription,…
