  2. Lost phone number.

    I'm locked out of my email since I don't own my old SIM card anymore and there's no way to recover my account. There's no free customer support and I'm not willing to pay $5 just to be told that they cant do anything.

  3. Download my Data doesn't

    I request to download my data, I get status that this is being processed, i get email telling me it is being processed and will notify when ready. Then, less than an hour later I get another email telling me the data download is cancelled. Why? No reason or explanation given. Try again to initiate a Data Download, same result. And a 3rd time, fails again. Why?? It would be nice to know the reason for the download being cancelled. Is this a temporary glitch or a permanent fail, should I try again in a little while or is it…

  5. Your help site is the worst!!

    I’ve spent the last hour trying to figure out why I can’t reset my password. I’ve tried to talk to the robot and he keeps trying to get me to call you all, but I don’t wanna subscribe and pay 4.99$! I the password reset center keeps say “uh oh try again later” and I don’t know what to do so if anyone can help me please do since Yahoo! Is incapable of helping me! And I’m using one of My other account to post this but the one that’s locked I need help with!

  7. WHERE ARE MY E-MAILS???

    YAHOO deleted my emails. I had just went through them around October 2020. Every one of them were deleted, WHY??? Not in one account but 2 of them. I have critical information concerning accounts and now, nothing?? Someone better explain real soon. I need my data back immediately!

    Every time I want to log into my yahoo.com account, I am forwarded to my yahoo.de account. Your help site doesn't help with this problem and I can't use some services anymore because of this issue. It's a whole mess sinde 01.February 21 and I can't fix it alone. Customer service? 0. This is embarrassing for such a huge and well known company!
    Any ideas to fix this problem?

While the mail address is treated same as the mail mofiinternational@yahoo.co.uk during logging but mail sent could only reach me through mofiinternational@yahoo.co.uk, but non received through mofiinternational@yahoo.com
    And presently I have a lot of mail send through mofiinternational@yahoo.com but I could not received and same mail is treated as mofiinternational@yahoo.co.uk is equally mofiinternational@yahoo.com
    Pls can both be link together so that I can be able to be receiving email message from both or what it is the way out?

  16. Please fix your billing system.

    I maintain several email pro accounts for different purposes. All of them are paid via the same credit card I use for all of my recurring charges.

    Except, that is, my newest one. For some reason I cannot fathom, the billing system will not accept that card number. Every time I get a very poor error message that just says the transaction "failed". No error number, no additional information, not even a "try later".

    And, your Help staff are not very helpful. Since July, I have been instructed to reboot my machine, clear cookies and cache, reboot again, install different…

    stop discarding the 1st Amendment. We can't comment on anything you put up. You allow Politico for example to say anything without allowing comments. Your headline page says things only against Trump never any of the good he does and you don't allow comments. It is exactly what communists and fascists do. stop it!

    Explain things clearly, and with easy to follow steps. I purchased this computer approx. a month ago. And have only been able to send one message !!! It took me 5 years to save up for this.......so I do not think it is asking too much to use it. I am 63 years old and on disability. I dont think I am being unreasonable.

    All my contacts have been obliterated and I want to know how I can restore them, if possible. All your pre-determined help topics are way to prescriptive and completely useless in this situation. How do I find out how to restore my contacts!??? This is very irritating and VERY VERY inconvenient. Believe me... I wouldn't be bothering you if I had the answer myself. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME, PLEASE!????
