So I have an old account I can't get into. I can still use it to access some other accounts I signed it under, but not the email account itself. I was always able to automatically log in from a previous laptop I owned, but since I no longer have it, I can't remember the password for getting in nor do I have my old phone for recovery. I have problems accessing my act every couple weeks. They say my session has expired and need to sign in again. But I do not remember my password and cannot be notified by phone. as I do not text. Why do they keep doing this? I am very tired of yahoo and if I cannot get back into this I will change and go to G-Mail where there is not a problem. I need my **** password and do not want this happening every other week. When are you going to answer this?

I have been trying to locate an answer for the last 20 minutes without any help in trying to locate someone to chat with or to call. I work for an office where I have to log into my work and personal email along with a couple of other work email addresses. But I have noticed in the last week, when I click the off box for keeping me logged in on these accounts, the email addresses are still appearing for all of them waiting for me to choose. How do I turn this off? I would prefer these email addresses not to show up like that and for me to enter them. By them appearing, in my opinion, that leaves anyone the option to click on the email address they want and to guess for the passwords. That seems to be opening all of these accounts opened for anyone to get into them. Again, I couldn't find any chat location or a phone number to speak to someone about these email accounts reappearing when I click on the "Sign In" location. It is like a drop down menu asking for me to click on the account I want with the full email address showing up for all of them. Please help me on removing this option.Thank you for all of your help.
