online help requests seem to be looped whereas I get sent back to same pages and nothing is accomplished

    I am having trouble locating my list of emails under the new format. With old format, I could find listing of all my emails which I had saved.

    May 11-2018. Yahoo mail has 'upgraded' ?? Right! Can't do ANYTHING, none of the buttons work properly. Can read 1 mail and am stuck in it. Must log out and log in again to get a 'fresh' page. Can't select anything, nor delete, nor reply, a.s.o. AND NOT A PROPER HELPDESK, with live people (chat nor phone !!!!). Must consider to say GoodBye Yahoo, after 13 years. Honestly, beyond frustration.

    Your customer care is NOT caring at all. I'm in a series of loops with no phone number, no forms to submit, no email and I need to know how to remove a signature from years ago now that there is no OPTIONS button to choose. FIX IT.

    Why cant I actully chat with someone in real time about issues? I cannot even get my email to load in the new format, and your team is completely ignoring the thousands of people who are having significant issues.
    You are useless and I wouldn't even still use Yahoo, but an important account is linked to a yahoo email address, but you can bet that I will be switching it to a gmail account if I can ever get to my f*cking emails.
