I am trying to contact yahoo and cant find it anywhere just trying to fix my calendar. How can I get feedback or email yahoo?

I sent Yahoo a message requesting help as all RSS feeds had stopped working for MyYahoo pages and I had tried the basic suggestions found in help. Instead I got the following totally useless canned text telling me to use their "help" which I already had done. I do know that Yahoo (like Google) make their money through advertising. However there is no point in me having a homepage (with Yahoo's advertisements) which I see EVERY time I access the internet if there is nothing working on the page. I have been loyal to Yahoo (and use Yahoo search), but Yahoo seems to care less when they respond with messages for help as follows:
"If you're contacting us regarding Yahoo account access, sign in or other technical issues, we won't be able to provide assistance and your email will not be replied to. You can, however, find help at: https://help.yahoo.com"
and the "help" is useless....

Come on, Yahoo. Have a real contact number or email address so that users can ask for specific help. Quit hiding behind useless links.

Why cant we just write our issue and email it to your support dept. What is all this stuff about voting. I have tried to reach your support section for some time but I never receive a response from you. Please help with my issue. I can not login to my acct without having to enter a code over my phone first.

Is there a way to delete emails from a specified date range, or a specified sender with out deleting each e-mail individually?

Absolute pain especially since its so hard to navigate to a 'contact us' form as my issue does not fit in any of the categories. Being able to contact the yahoo team should be more user friendly rather than leaving users at a dead end. I am unable to change my alias/yahoo answer nickname which somehow affects the name that shows up on my emails. There should be a general contact for other account issues. I would really appreciate someone contacting me to sort out this issue which I have not found a solution for anywhere

Im locked out of my other two accounts. this one was just made. therefore its not linked.

I cannot access my Yahoo email from any IOS device. This started early this morning on February 17. Looks like every Yahoo user has this problem!

How am I supposed to add a back up login plan if I cant remember my password and dont have one?? If I try, it asks me for my password. Im currently logged in across devices so by trying to add a back up option, its going to log me out?? Or I just cant?? Wtf. Human help on a live chat is the only way forward. I cant even log into the help forums - and there isnt a yahoo help facebook group. Its absolutely impossible.
