It is extremely frustrating that yahoo does not give real support

Tell Oath, Inc, to put the money back, NOW. Given the total failure of their supposed service, for them to take any money is akin to theft.
Second, I have tried, and tried, and tried to get help retrieving my recent e-mails. You retrieved ancient emails, but have failed to acknowledge that anything else was missing. Further, it appears that the only help you offer comes with charges attached. Given that your systems have failed, I would appreciate help without a charge that can be discovered only after a too extensive search.
In this regard, let me be emphatic: Oath, Inc., owes me a full and complete refund, and while they are at it, an apology is in orde3r. -

1 simple complaint, but you send me in circles & try to get money from me & refuse to address my issue

How about allowing me to communicate with you, not just post it & rank it. I realize that's a novel idea for you, but it's something that worked prior to the computer age
