Why not actually "help"? Is that asking too much?
I wrote to Customer Care about my comments being routinely rejected, regardless of their content. I get an email that said "It would definitely be ideal, considering the elements you have provided us, that you follow these steps:"..., really? I did what I should do, I reported a problem, and I got instructions on 'what I should do'. Really?

The auto response said they were thankful for my idea. What idea? The one that I should have my issue addressed and not be banned for no reason from commenting, and that perhaps customer service was the place to ask for help?

The exact thing happpened to me, and I got that exact response when I complained today, and a similar response for my other attempts to address the issue that my comments are always rejected, regardless of content. I haven't written anything in the least bit offensive by any stretch of the imagination.
