Delivery delay ECLFD00101036604
My understanding and patience have already been stretched beyond reasonable limits. This shipment has been significantly delayed, and I have received multiple updates without any clear delivery date.
What is most frustrating is that your tracking application has been inaccurate and misleading throughout this process. The information shown does not reflect the actual status of the shipment, making it difficult for customers to know what is really happening.
At this point, I would like to know the exact estimated date when I can expect to receive my package. If you are unable to provide a firm delivery date, please explain…
