I called the Geek Squad to cancelled a charge that I DID NOTTTTT AUTHORIZE that got in the month of July 2026 and was told that I would get FULLY REFUND of those charges, opening my August statement and there it was not fully refund, I was so pist off that I called the Geek Squad and my surprise was 'they cannot do anything about it. So, people Best Buy gives you options to finance but keep an EYE of charges you don't AUTHORIZE... I had a really bad experience with the supervisor that all he says the entire conversation, THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO.. ********* if they want to they would of work that with you. I have been with Best Buy for so many years and never had a problem like this...
