  1. JROTC PROGRAM

    On Sunday September 1st I attended an event at Willamette Speedway. The JROTC folks were there selling 50/50 raffle tickets for their group. Now I'm a 10 year ARMY VETERAN. And what I saw amongst your ROTC group was unreal. If they are going to be involved in what is a preparation for a Military future then they should make an effort to look the part. Long un-cut hair, un-shaven , not in the best of hygiene, C' Mon they looked like the graduating class for THUG-A-NOMICS University.
