Hello,
Both my husband have Lifesmart Monitors and have always been able to get test strips free of charge through NDSS.
But now we are no longer to get the strips through NDSS and today I have paid A$17,.95 for just 25 strips.
I see no alternative but to dispose of two perfectly good monitors and replace them both with another brand which NDSS provide test strips for free of charge, or for a small charge.
To me this is a complete waste, as the monitors are both working perfectly .....
By the way, I have spoken to someone on your 1300 number, and they advised me to get rid of the completely good monitors and replace them.
Is this something that NDSS needs to look into.
