  5. Care about your customers!!! Hire tech support people and provide 1-800 accessibility!!

    As a legally blind user of Yahoo Mail, I find it frustrating to try to access my mail on my tablet (Kindle Fire HD) because I keep being logged off and having to sign in each time I want to check my mail. I have used this app for years and only recently has this started. I changed my password when the major hack occurred a few months ago. I have no problems on my desktop....only on my Kindles (2), It is annoying. As a legally blind senior (glaucoma) it is extremely annoying!! But I cannot seem to get any…

  12. Why don't you fix your Yahoo email so that a contact can be edited?? I think you are going out of business because your service is so poor!

    My idea is that you should improve your customer service so that you listen to what your customers have to say. Your email system has so many glitches that I am planning to move over to GOOGLE. The lastest fiasco that I have encountered is that I can't delete a contact. I try and it is still there in the background. I have tried to edit a contact but the same contact continues to appear even when I delete it. I can't really see why VERIZON would want to buy YAHOO as they have a lot of ticked off customers.

    I think we should all just say a big FAQUE TO YAHOO. THEY DO NOTHING BUT ***** UP WHAT THEY DO HAVE. BLOCKING PEEPS ACCNTS. FORCING THEM TO CHANGE PASSWORDS, ON AND ON AND ON.   17. It would be great if when we click on an article we get the "Whole" story

    It would be great if when we click on an article we get the "Whole" story in one page. We are interested enough to look but not enough to drill down through multiple other pages....just to get the story.
    On Yahoo I am tired of trying to read a story then having to click on the "READ MORE" button to redundantly re-read the first half of the story AGAIN in order to "Read More", then MAYBE get the story. I am sure Yahoo is charging for 'maximum clickage' however, I usually don't do the "read more" I just go to…
