To be able to speak to someone, my accounts have been compromised. Now I have to take my e mails to google. Poor customer service.
To be able to speak with a customer service/tech rep. My yahoo accounts have been compromised by a foreign entity. Yahoo does not recognize any of my accounts nor passwords. With no help from yahoo tech support, I can no longer use any of my accounts. I will most likely have to set up new accounts with Google, at least they have real people to speak with. This is poor customer service on yahoo's part.

get rid of pop up boxes
get rid of all of those pop up boxes. Twitter,Google,Facebook,in,e-mail. how can a person read anything with these boxes blocking the view of the artical. Stupid.

Remove ALL ads, especially, ones about surveys!
Ads pop up when I am trying to log on to my email. They are annoying, because I must then begin the log in process again. I equate them to robo calls from politicians, at dinner time!

Why not add a useless toolbar that you can't customize, when I already have a yahoo toolbar customized my way? Yeah! Great idea!!
I already have yahoo for firefox, and yahoo toolbar, which I have to keep customizing because every time I turn around you guys are adding buttons I don't want. So yeah, now you've given me a "NEW" toolbar right on my header that I cannot customize, and is full of **** I will never use. If I want to know what sports are on I know where to look, I don't want it on my toolbar. Sheesh! STOP ALREADY!!

Please. Please! Have a user switchable DARK THEME option.
Be that one awesome site that allows users to switch to a dark theme (black background with white text) to save our eyes from all the strain of looking at a predominantly bright white screen all the time.
Reading on LED screens and smartphones (in darker environments) can be so much easier on the eyes (and BATTERIES) if the page being viewed had a black background.

Let your customers talk to tech support
I have been trying to stick with yahoo and be a faithful customer. Obviously you don't have the same loyalty. I guess I will have to switch to gmail. WTF YAHOO? So frustrated!

Eliminate the multiple clicks required to "READ MORE" If based on headline, reliable news source we want to go to full story
If readers select article to read either directly or to open in a new window, if we have to then click again to read more to get to full story it is klugee. It's nice to go to the original source, but ok if you just site the source and provide the article within yahoo news format. Get rid of the ads or questionable news source articles.

"Read More" leads to new link
If I wanted to read an article in the first place, I shouldn't have to click "Read More". Furthermore, the link now opens up a whole new tab. Why not just link me to the original article on the outside page to begin with so I don't have to click a bunch of times just to read one article. I'm getting really fed up with Yahoo News.
