6. Get rid of Chipmunk.

   Totally lame. Looking for flights on a timeline is ridiculous. Having to scroll over the time bar to see the actual depart time is odd. This site looks like it was created by someone trying to impress everyone how many cool things he could add. Simplicity is best. Off to Travelocity!! Good luck.

12. Don't publish Matt Meltzer

    On November 11, this 'journalist' published a list of 99 problems of flying. Number 8, that is, within the top 10, reads "Those jerks whose nut allergies have ruined peanuts on planes for everybody". Those jerks are often children who don't have the option to 'turn off' their allergies. I'm not sure how editors thought it was appropriate to publish an article referring to them as "jerks", or in the original thrillist text, a**holes.

    Your article "Confession: "Emotional Support" Dogs are B.S. - I Know Because I Have One" contrary to the statements of the author DOES hurt others and unlike her comparison to that of bringing on extra luggage, it is also illegal. There are significant fines if it is determined that the person does not need an ESA and has been dishonest in obtaining the prescription (I believe it is $500 but may be more). Additionally, how does it hurt others? It causes problems for those like myself who have a legitimate need for an ESA. I have a history of debilitating reoccurring depression, and couple with borderline personality disorder, and was prescribed a dog to help me and has supported me in being able to live a quasi-normal life. However, due to the proliferation of people who "just see it as fighting the airlines for more excessive fees" I have had an increasing number of people asking me how to get their dog qualified though they have no medical issues, tell me how they would like to have their dog as an ESA (really, you want a debilitating medical condition???), what's my medical history (like it's their business???) and ultimately cause more difficulties as I am more and more frequently asked to show her paperwork (which is illegal) but felt necessary by businesses that are dealing with an onslaught of ESA dogs who are just qualified as such by individuals who want to buck the system. "Who doesn't do that?" I don't. If I choose to fly with extra baggage, I pay the fees. If I was to bring another dog, I would pay the fees because, well, it's what I'm supposed to do. I don't abuse the rules created to assist people who have medical issues to live normal lives. I don't cheat the system and cause those with needs to be treated suspiciously because I am cheap. This problem is rampant enough without Yahoo publicizing and justifying this practice.

20. Your new site makes no sense to me. I used to be able to put in WAS to get all flights from DCA, IAD, BWI. That is gone.

    The site makes it very difficult to book actual travel. I am not going to use it. Very user un-friendly. I am going orbitz.
