Forgotten password
I got a new phone and my Sim wouldn't work in new phone, think it was blocked
So when I signed into my main yahoo Mail account it refused me entry because I forgot my password.
They were sending verification codes to it which I couldn't reach, so I feel like I'm in a Catch 22.
That's 4 days I've been without my main email address and worried I'm missing lots of important messages.
I've tried everyday to sort it without success, then I get a message try again tomorrow as I've tried too many times.

Get rid of AI summary on mobile app!
I don't want a summary that is sometimes longer than the email! I've asked and followed the steps your help page gave me, but it is still there.

Bring back Today, Yesterday, This Week options for inbox management
Why in the world did you get rid of the ability to select Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month in order to organize and manage the inbox? It is a collosal pain in the rear to have to manually select each and every email. If I get 25 emails today that I want to delete, I can't just select Today and then delete. I have to tap every single one of the 25 emails and THEN delete. This was an awful choice to get rid of those options. Awful! In no way does this streamline a person's day or productivity.…

Email disappeared
My incoming email from 20th -22nd Oct was all missing. I 100% sure I did not delete it. And I found when if I am with good connection/ wifi, when you click on these email, it said you are off line! But at the same time and same place, other email can be read!

Changing/steal
Why you put a 15g limit on email?? Why isn't my open date shows I opened this account with Google login?? How is that when I used a this email for my Google Account?? So my Yahoo Account wasn't made by login with Google. I made this account by filling out a create account for Yahoo. WHERE IN THE **** IS MY REAL YAHOO ACCOUNT??!!

feature improvement - add settings for vertical quote line on the left side
Dear Yahoo Mail Support Team,
I'm writing to request a feature improvement for the Yahoo Mail mobile app that would greatly enhance the user experience on mobile devices.
Currently, when replying to emails multiple times in a thread, each reply adds a vertical quote line on the left side. After several exchanges (10+ replies), these nested quote lines accumulate and take up significant horizontal screen space on mobile phones, leaving very little room for the actual message content. This makes it difficult to read and compose emails on smaller screens.
