Get locked out and have to pay to talk to someone. Will be switching to gmail. They know how to help!!!
Don't have access to old recovery phone number for a different account. The help site is no help at all. Wants me to sign up for mail pro to talk to an agent. Always had problems with the password I set not working on sign in. Yahoo has turned into garbage. Will be switching to gmail.

Emails read and/or deleted in app still show as unread in web browser
Emails that I have read and/or deleted in the Yahoo! Mail app on Android are still there, showing as unread, when I go to Yahoo! Mail in a web browser.

WHAT A JOKE
Is there any rational reason that you removed filtering E-mails in ascending order, as well as removing filtering E-mails by SENDER or SUBJECT in ascending or descending order. Even worse you removed the option of switching back to Yahoo Basic, where you had the capability to do those things? If no one is embarrased byYahoo Mail, THEY SHOULD BE

The yahoo email is too slow to open, opens the wrong email, and crashes a lot.
The Yahoo email is way too difficult to open and read an email. It stalls a long times, usually several minutes waiting to open. Often another email ends up opening instead of email that was selected, so the process must start again. Another problem is the Yahoo email just crashes and must be reopened. Also, spam is not being dealt with properly. I have to move it to spam and it takes a long wait again.

Only save the assigned drafts in the draft box instead of almost every email I compose
Almost every time I send an email or start writing in email, it also automatically saves it as a draft and I don't realize this till later and have to spend a lot of my precious time deleting these drafts because it makes things very confusing, why does it do that? Please fix this asap it wastes so much time and is very frustrating

WHY IS THE NAME ON MY EMAIL NOT MINE

Mail sending time is different from the real time.
I have sent a mail at 9:18 pm(real clock time) whereas, the mail details displays the sent time at 3:47 pm.

A partir de filtrar una dirección de correo en mi PC de escritorio, en mi celular, yahoo dejo de notificarme la llegada de ese correo filtrado, solo me notificaba los que llegaban a la bandeja de entrada, cosa que me ocasiono un problema grande en mi trabajo diario. podrían darme una solución a este problema.
