Moronic
On 11/30/2023 you changed the way we get our emails. It is the stupidest thing. You should not have to check 5 tabs to see your email. Much more convenient to just open up email and see them all

Restore of oll deleted email Id as per yahoo policy.

Toolbars
On the Android App recent 10/2022 update... now there is a top toolbar along with a bottom toolbar that cannot be edited anymore and I already had what was added to the top toolbar on the bottom. The bottom now has unusable (does not pertain to my usage) un-editable icons while we lose precious screen real estate.
Also the account name is very hard to read, the number of unread messages could at least be off to the side in an icon form with a larger account name. Ideally, returning the mail app to it's pre Oct. 2022 glory would…

Too much junk mail
Too too much junk mail & vulgar content.I am currently working on changing all of my accounts to a different provider so I can discontinue using Yahoo. This is very disturbing,since my Yahoo email is the first & longest I have ever had

Mail selection Feature
While selecting multiple emails for deletion purpose, the display picture of all the list mail converts into checkbox. it's more time consuming if it won't turn to checkbox.

Unable to change contact data in Android app
If I search for a contact, pick from the Top Contacts list presented, then click the "contact card" icon on the contact page, make changes to the name and e-mail address, then click the checkmark in the top right, the changes are not saved.

Switching to GMail. Yahoo is no longer acceptable. I am unable to stop the audio "assistant" and it just isn't worth listining to.

Directions provided do not match current app. Cannot do name update the way the instructive tell you to do it.
Update your instructions when you do an app update. I've followed the instructions for updating sending name in the app and desktop and neither match your listed instructions. Not possible..

My old yahoo email was chenmikey55 here. The last time I accessed was in 2010, on my old computers eMachine Desktop operating Windows Vista and my old HP pavilion laptop which also operates Vista. I also signed into YouTube with this yahoo email and posted a couple of videos in summer of 2009. Change email format BACK, hate unable to get alpha listing
Change email format BACK, hate that we're unable to get alpha listing. Pain in the rear trying to delete unnecessary emails, trying to remember the various number of companies inundating us with emails. CHANGE IT BACK, PLEASE. We hate, hate, HATE the format that no longer allows us to EASILY delete unwanted emails. And NO they aren't spam, simply want an easier format. The new format, it sucks!

I am accessing my Yahoo emails using the Gmail app. The logo or display pic is showing up as "YAHOO!". Why can't it just be a "Y!"??

Views on diversity and news in general
I have been with Yahoo since 1994. However, we have become extremely disappointed with your lack of diversity, in that the minority of our world is being given the right to criticize, blame and denigrate the majority in your articles and then not give the right to have a voice. Your company is following the examples set in the USA. With this in mind we will find other ways to communicate with the world if your biased ways continue!

Account issues
I logged into two accounts on the genuine bona fide Yahoo app when I received my Android tablet. So I know they were set up at the same time. Suddenly one says it wants validation. So I touched the red exclamation mark, went through all the steps, now I’m logged in reading headlines about The Kardashians (yay for me - sarcasm). Still I have the red exclamation mark, even after exiting the app and going back in. What is going on? I did this six times, finally gave up, and re-added the account.
Note that I cannot delete the defunct…

Spam Emails
I think that you need to focus on spam Email. I had reported many spam emails and the same emails sending me again and again and I again.
Google they block the spam reported emails plus theyhas unsubscrib option if you report a spam Email.
