  1. Low Priority FOLDER

    To pls introduce a new category-of-priority that sits between INBOX and SPAM.
    i.e. I would like a new (yahoo provided) FOLDER for all emails which I choice to flag as "secondary/not urgent".
    That's coz lots of emails I receive I want to keep (not Spam) but I don't want them to clog my inbox either.

  4. The swipe "next - back" annoys me

    Because it might be a spam next to what I'm reading and if I open it by mistake it might show the sender I've done so this wake up more spam.

  5. Change email format BACK, hate unable to get alpha listing

    Change email format BACK, hate that we're unable to get alpha listing. Pain in the rear trying to delete unnecessary emails, trying to remember the various number of companies inundating us with emails. CHANGE IT BACK, PLEASE. We hate, hate, HATE the format that no longer allows us to EASILY delete unwanted emails. And NO they aren't spam, simply want an easier format. The new format, it sucks!

  6. Using yahoo on gmail app

    I am accessing my Yahoo emails using the Gmail app. The logo or display pic is showing up as "YAHOO!". Why can't it just be a "Y!"??

    STOP "improving" the Android app - it's not helping.
    I am almost to the point of removing the app, and using the website on my phone. You've made it more and more difficult to do simple things like delete some emails and then read the rest.

  9. Views on diversity and news in general

    I have been with Yahoo since 1994. However, we have become extremely disappointed with your lack of diversity, in that the minority of our world is being given the right to criticize, blame and denigrate the majority in your articles and then not give the right to have a voice. Your company is following the examples set in the USA. With this in mind we will find other ways to communicate with the world if your biased ways continue!

  10. Account issues

    I logged into two accounts on the genuine bona fide Yahoo app when I received my Android tablet. So I know they were set up at the same time. Suddenly one says it wants validation. So I touched the red exclamation mark, went through all the steps, now I’m logged in reading headlines about The Kardashians (yay for me - sarcasm). Still I have the red exclamation mark, even after exiting the app and going back in. What is going on? I did this six times, finally gave up, and re-added the account.

    Note that I cannot delete the defunct…

  11. Bring back the prior mobile version of email

    I do not like the new mobile email format! If I select ALL, I get a bunch of spam with my email and I'd I select PRIMARY, I miss many important emails! Please change it back!

  12. Pinch to zoom

    Hello. There is one bug in the android app that has existed forever and is very frustrating. Pinch to zoom will indeed zoom in or out, but with the center point at the top of the message rather than between the two touchscreen touch points.

    It would be wonderful for you to make this a high priority over all other enhancements and product changes you would like to do.

  17. Current issues with your automated operator system

    I called your customer service to report an issue with your automated answerer/operator, here is the case number the associate gave me:
    Case # 25961347

    I was helping my mother with a technical issue with her account, which we were able to resolve in a previous call. However, the automated operator behaved a bit strangely. I'll give a timeline of what happened.

    First attempt at calling:
    1. ) The machine operator's voice would cut out every 2 to 3 seconds, a regular interval, then continue exactly where it left off, including in the middle of a word, as if the…

  18. Auto type contact

    When composing email, my other frequent contacts are not automatically appearing when when I type the first letter. I have to go look for their email and retype it again in the address field. Wich makes me so mad and inconvenience starts.
