Your verification processes made me lose everything.
As a US service member, I'm ordered to move and have no control over it. I was sent to Europe and needed to change my phone number to communicate with others around me, including my superiors. Because I couldn't update my phone number before I had a new one, I've lost the ability to log into an email that contained very important information. Unlimited spam filters
Yahoo's spam filter caps at 500 unknown emails. There are more than a million million email addresses you can get spam from with new ones being created everyday. Developan option that allows for unlimited blocking or marking as spam

Low Priority FOLDER
To pls introduce a new category-of-priority that sits between INBOX and SPAM.
i.e. I would like a new (yahoo provided) FOLDER for all emails which I choice to flag as "secondary/not urgent".
That's coz lots of emails I receive I want to keep (not Spam) but I don't want them to clog my inbox either.52nd ranked -

The swipe "next - back" annoys me
Because it might be a spam next to what I'm reading and if I open it by mistake it might show the sender I've done so this wake up more spam.

Change email format BACK, hate unable to get alpha listing
Change email format BACK, hate that we're unable to get alpha listing. Pain in the rear trying to delete unnecessary emails, trying to remember the various number of companies inundating us with emails. CHANGE IT BACK, PLEASE. We hate, hate, HATE the format that no longer allows us to EASILY delete unwanted emails. And NO they aren't spam, simply want an easier format. The new format, it sucks!

Using yahoo on gmail app
I am accessing my Yahoo emails using the Gmail app. The logo or display pic is showing up as "YAHOO!". Why can't it just be a "Y!"??

STOP "improving" the Android app - it's not helping.

Views on diversity and news in general
I have been with Yahoo since 1994. However, we have become extremely disappointed with your lack of diversity, in that the minority of our world is being given the right to criticize, blame and denigrate the majority in your articles and then not give the right to have a voice. Your company is following the examples set in the USA. With this in mind we will find other ways to communicate with the world if your biased ways continue!

Account issues
I logged into two accounts on the genuine bona fide Yahoo app when I received my Android tablet. So I know they were set up at the same time. Suddenly one says it wants validation. So I touched the red exclamation mark, went through all the steps, now I’m logged in reading headlines about The Kardashians (yay for me - sarcasm). Still I have the red exclamation mark, even after exiting the app and going back in. What is going on? I did this six times, finally gave up, and re-added the account.
Note that I cannot delete the defunct…

If for some reason people didn't enter the mail
give them an option to recover accounts that are connected.

I can not force yahoo mail android app to stay in light mode while the Pixel 9 phone is set to dark mode
Setting the light mode in the app doesn't override the phone's dark mode. This renders the emails unreadable. How can I fix this?

Return the video attachment download in android app
Please return the download video attachment on Android app, it has disappeared and now all it does is autoplay videos when I click on a .mov attachment in my mail.
