Need a way to contact you for help
Having serious problems with my email account. Used to you were helpful with any problem now it's pick a topic or go to the forum. You just can't desert us. I need help!! I did what I could to secure my acct. Someone is using my name & my email address, I've gotten other people's email. Dameon mail in my name sent by remote software. I could go on but you get the idea. I know I'm in the wrong place but this was the way I found to contact you. So,please somebody help me.

You should have a way to mark scams or physhing emails to forward for prosecution
I've had a few emails sent that appear to be scams or physhing emails. It's not spam and feel adding a scam button can get the info into your system or get reported to security rather than just delete or put in spam folder.

I can't remove an old linked account
For some reason, an old linked email came up in my list of accounts. I no longer have access to that email and I cannot remove it or unlink it. I really want it gone

Get the bugs out of your Yahoo Mail app
I had an older Smartphone that your mail app worked great on. I now have a new phone and downloaded an updated app. Unfortunately it has bugs. No matter what notification sound I pick, the app hijacks it and replaces it with "sequence" which is a lousy little blip you can hardly hear. I never know when I'm getting my messages. Fix this bug!

Cannot sync Yahoo Mail on Android phone
When I go to Android phone Settings, Account, I can sync Google (calendar, Gmail, Contacts, etc), I can sync WhatsApp, Facebook. I JUST CANNOT SYNC Yahoo Mail. I searched online everywhere for an answer but could not find any answer to resolve the problem.

Why has logging into my yahoo account using the yahoo app running on my cell phone stopped working?
I can only access my Yahoo inbox through PC browsers by agreeing to accept a text message from my cell phone. Notifications to the Yahoo app on my cell phone no longer appear. This problem "appeared" following a recent update to the Yahoo Android app. Another error?

Make it easier to change name on yahoo mail
How does someone in Australia get help from a real person on yahoo? They can't. The only option is to post feedback and hope someone that can help gets in touch. I simply want to change my name on my mail account. I've tried for years to change it but it just won't change. I've followed all the steps several times and still no luck. I just want to change my name.
Your account name can be changed from your Account Info page, by tapping on your profile picture. If you wish to change your sending name, please follow these steps from a web browser:
Sign in to Yahoo Mail.
Click the Settings menu | More Settings.
Click Mailboxes.
Select the account you want to edit.
Click under 'Your name' to delete or edit your sending name.
Click Save.

Pls help me recover my account
please give me any options to get access my account. this is very important for me. when i log in it say lets. verify your account and when i input my recovery email it was ok then it will ask again to my phone number. and my problem is i don't no longer have access to my old phone number anymore. my email is bmarkevin@yahoo.com
