   Today 7/24/2025 yahoo webmail or app ain't working. I can't delete, mark as spam or read and even read mails...

4. Allow for subscription based indefinitely active account.

   Hi in other email platforms I pay 19.99$ a year and get 100GB and my account remains active even if I dont use it. Could you offer something similar? I want to be able to have long periods of inactivity yet retain the email working and receiving emails

5. Bring back the prior mobile version of email

   I do not like the new mobile email format! If I select ALL, I get a bunch of spam with my email and I'd I select PRIMARY, I miss many important emails! Please change it back!

7. Current issues with your automated operator system

   I called your customer service to report an issue with your automated answerer/operator, here is the case number the associate gave me:
   Case # 25961347

   I was helping my mother with a technical issue with her account, which we were able to resolve in a previous call. However, the automated operator behaved a bit strangely. I'll give a timeline of what happened.

   First attempt at calling:
   1. ) The machine operator's voice would cut out every 2 to 3 seconds, a regular interval, then continue exactly where it left off, including in the middle of a word, as if the audio was pausing or lagging periodically.
   2. ) I pressed 1 to continue the call when prompted by the voice, and when it asked about the survey, I pressed the button to agree to take it, but I pressed it at the same time as the voice started talking.
   3. ) When I pressed the button the voice stopped talking and apparently froze/locked up, because the line remained silent for 2 or 3 minutes, then I hung up.

   Second call:
   1. ) The operator had the same interrupted speech as in the first call, but we were able to get through and resolve the issue with my mother's account.
   2. ) After the call, when the survey started, the automated voice that delivered the survey had the exact same interrupted speech as during the beginning of both calls.
   3. ) When the voice asked for numbered answers and I pressed numbers on the phone's kepypad, the voice would just repeat the question. Only on the second or third repetition of each question would the system accept my answer. A possible guess is that the pauses in the system were happening even while I was answering, and if I pressed a key during a pause, it was not heard by the system.
   4. ) After making it through about 3 or 4 questions this, by which time my mom and I were laughing hysterically (half relief because her issue had been a serious one and we'd resolved it, half because of how awful the operator bot was being)... The bot started to ask the next question but the call hung up on your end before it could finish asking the question (this made us laugh more, haha).

   We just wanted to bring this to your attention. I have had my Yahoo account for about 21 years, and my entire adult life, so I have a bit of fondness for your services. My mother has had hers about as long. It was a little sad to see the answerer bot acting so broken!

   In any case, that is all. Ihope this message is able to get where it needs to go. I know good bug reports for issues like this can be rare, hopefully I wasn't too wordy, though!

   Thanks to all the devs and programmers behind the scenes, and make sure they hear it! I know professional coders can go years without ever hearing a word of thanks.

12. Why cant i ever find emials i keep in my folders?

    Find older emails in my folders. I can never retrieve my saved emails. Even if I go back 6 months no emails exist. Fix the issues with saved emails

15. WTF are you doing covering the WHOLE page with redundant info and ads?

    As if there aren't enough links within the email, you now tack on a 1" banner to "Visit Site." You think I can't find a link in the email, or it's just easier to collect data if I click yours?

    Plus, the huge redundant box of paraphrase. Because I need to read all the same info twice? No choice but to use web-based or Gmail. You've put do much stupid stuff on tge page I can't even find a piece to scroll down - the whole page is covered.

16. Communication Language

    All notification/terms from Yahoo are sent in Arabic language. I am not an Arabic reader. Please send all communication in English. I couldn't found any option to change it to English from settings as well
