The new homepage stinks.
First you change the homepage on my phone. Now you change it on my computer. Stop trying to be avant-garde. You're just hurting your company. I implore you to change the homepage back. I always used Yahoo as my search engine. If I had free time, I would just sit and mindlessly browse the news. Now I can't do that. I guess, for now, I'm switching to Google. At least they care enough about their consumers to keep the same homepage. Also, if you'll notice, I've already changed my email provider to gmail. I hope you're prepared to lost a lot of money.

I liked being able to de-select articles that I had no interest in as well as being able to scroll thru the headline news articles to bypass those in which I had no interest. I tend to bounce around to several sites to check news, but Yahoo was always my first go-to. Since the change, I simply close it and open another new site instead.

The new home page absolutely BLOWS. Took me 10 minutes to get to local news. You better pray we don't find a better homepage because you'll be losing tons of people. Time to switch my search engine as well. Go Habs!!!!!

At this point I have to question if you are intentionally making your product worse. Now not only did you change your homepage back to the same garbage format that has been hated the last two times you tried it, you are actually making the sponsored "articles" more aggressive and to less secure sites. Are you intentionally trying to give your customers malware and viruses? On top of that **** show you also have made it impossible to hide the pointless drivel articles that you flood the feed with. The ability to alter the articles presented to my preferences was the only reason I actually used your site.

What is Yahoo's timeline for admitting another failure. This is such a terrible design. It is much easier to browse with the old layout, read articles, and comment. The new format is all about social media, when the majority of the population (think demographic / age) don't use. Obviously, this was designed by a 20 something for the 20 something.

Yahoo's old homepage was decent - browse through the scrolling news was very easy and you get to see varieties of different news.
Now, it totally SUCK @SS. WTF!!!! You scroll the news now and there are ads everywhere. It's cheap and stupid looking; information are scatter with sponsor & scam-looking ads. Whoever design this layout need to be fired and never allowed to work on internet homepage ever again.
Change the old design back & fire your team. Listen to us. Yahoo homepage is useless now... -

homepage sucks. like everyone else has said, no need to change just for the sake of changing. no added value, no benefit to user - just an excuse to justify the salaries of too many designers and executives. If it ain't broke...but you did. I'm gone - off to Google!

It doesn't do what I am used to and I can't get the daily stuff in one line that I want to check out I have to scroll down to see all of the Yahoo news things & it is too big & it takes up more space
