I do not need a banner to "click here" to see unwanted and annoying videos. I have done everything I can to stop unwanted videos.
Put a box to click to disable the annoying videos in the news articles. I can read and do not need the distraction nor do I need a talking head spoon feeding me. I know Yahoo has lowered standards, but some of us still read! Let us opt out of the video ****

Why in the heck do we have to click to read more? We already clicked on it once. What is wrong with you people who set up this web site? Did you take acid when you set this up? Well, I believe you smoked mushrooms or did something bizarre because Yahoo web site now gets the award for worst one in computer history.

I like yahoo, but I keep seeing something i want to read and read the first part of the article. Then click read more and Dallas Morning News requires me to pay. It's hard to recognize them so I can skip them because it says it "travel blog" or something giving no reference to DMN. Please stop this or I will have to try a site that I can read the articles.

You had me for at least two hours a day. I gave up TV and even my local newspaper just to peruse Yahoo and read comments. No comments...I'm going to leave you for a more interactive news source.

Why does Yahoo! have it set up that when I click on a link that I am interested in, it takes me to only part of the story where I have to click on "Read More" to get the full story? By clicking the link the first time means I'm interested in reading it. I shouldn't have to click on it again in order to read it. Please consider changing this. Thanks

Please do away with the necessity to click twice to read a story. I just want to click on the link once and read the whole story. I don't want to have to click READ MORE.

Put the story on one page. You read the headline then you click on the story only to read the same thing again and have to click read more only to read the same thing again with maybe another sentence added. Takes forever to read mostly nothing articles and half the time the feed with stop because of long running scripts. Whole page is awful.

Please remove the "read more" button from articles. Once we've clicked on the title it is obvious we want to read it. The "read more" button serves little purpose other than to aggravate loyal yahoo users.

I used to be able to filter out stories that I don't want to read - such as ones about child abuse, **** and other such undesirable topics - now it seems that not only can I not filter those out, but they seem to be way more prevalent in my feed. This has made my feed extremely undesirable, so much so that I will not be reading Yahoo! news anymore.

The past week has been horrible for viewing any stories on Yahoo. I open a link to a story and two or more videos start playing at the same time with sound over each other. Horrible. Then I have to scroll to the bottom of the page to stop one of the videos from playing. I've always enjoyed Yahoo as my default home page but it's going to be changed quickly after all of the annoying switches. Especially clicking on a link to read a story only to be able to read 6-7 lines before clicking again to go to another website to read further. Just frustrating. Maybe it's time for USA Today online for my news.

One of the main reasons people even bother to read the stories on yahoo's home page is so they can comment on them. You have pretty much taken that feature away. Bring it back or you will as I have find that more and more people will just change their home page.

Stop posting stories about Johnny Manziel. Nobody cares! Also the "read more' feature is useless. Why make the user click twice? Please eliminate it.

When clicking a link, the entire story should be loaded on the same tab the link was selected on. The new format that launches a new tab that only launches the first paragraph or so of a news article is a terrible design.

There is no need, having to click on an article, and then having to click on another link, a second time, just to read an article...The Yahoo website is becoming more and more ridiculous every day. Yahoo should be making navigating easier for readers, to read articles, not harder......Until Yahoo fixes navigating easier, I will only be coming to Yahoo for my emails only.....I will be visiting MSN or Comcast for all news articles I am interested in reading.....Yahoo.com sucks!

I see a headline that looks interesting, so I click on it. I am presented with a paragraph or so, but I must click again to 'read more.' When I am finished reading the article, I click to close it, and then I have to CLICK AGAIN to finish closing it. What idiot thinks it's a good idea to require FOUR CLICKS when two would do just fine?

How about cutting back on the ads so I don't spend more time waiting for them to load than I spend reading the article.
