News story back to a scroll on top of page
The top News posts should go back to the scroll on top of page, with the days top 50+ stories there and others in the boring list form below..! (As the old homepage was)

GIVE BACK SCROLL BAR ON STORY HEADLINES PAGE AND SEPARATE STORY CATEGORIES. DON'T TURN MY TIME OFF WHILE I'M READING A STORY AND CAUSE NEED TO REOPEN HOME PAGE.

I use Yahoo! on a daily basis to check the news. The old format of scrolling through the top bar worked well, and kept me engaged as a user. New layout is confusing and I honestly can't tell which articles (below) are spam and which are stories they I'd like to read. I recognize that the below articles have been there for quite some time now, but I have never been forced to look there as the primary source of daily news (as apparently you have now chosen just 4 articles to showcase up top). This causes problems to the user as I have now just given up trying to read Yahoo! articles. This clearly was a move to be more friendly/compatible to social media, which is something I embrace, but at the same time a little bit of the old functionality goes a long way.
