Way too many stories in the news feed. It would be nice to be returned to the story, rather than a random spot.

Stop being a Click bait site requiring user to click read more just to start over again. And stop directing to content pages that requiring loading 10-20 pages just to get the fully outcome or story.
I know you make revenue from ads and ad space but to pull this kind of stuff is more similar to a bait and switch than a reputable company. All the additional clicks and numerous page reads cause your service to load slower and use up the users bandwidth and data needlessly; BEWARE, that in by doing this your opening yourself to legal troubles by being predatory by costing customers too much behind the scenes.

Lift up your audience. Stop dragging them down. Good Samaritan beaten, Woman found dead in bathroom, Man destroys Ten Commandments statue, Coco & Daughter rock matching swimsuits are some of the top 'highlights' currently coming up on your homepage. There does seem to be one positive ad about some guying giving another guy a ride to help get him out of the heat, but that seems to be atypical. I remember seeing an AP article on your site some time ago that spoke about a police incident where some guy got arrested where you all took that article and changed the headline and made it all about race. Shame on you. Your homepage and the way that news is presented, and what news is presented, is such a powerful thing on a very powerful forum. I am sure that race baiting articles get lots of clicks as do *** related ones but there are responsible ways to tell a story and there are many stories that should not even be run. Please understand the social impact that your reporting has. Hate is out there. *** is out there. People who want that will go out of their way to find it. Why encourage people to swim in that mire? Please change how and what you highlight on your homepage.

Yahoo pandering to right wing anti-lgbt sites like 'The Federalist' means that it's merely an aggregator and not a reputable news source.
Please wake up to reality and post from only reputable, verifiable news sources. Laziness or outright pandering by posting fake news may generate clicks, but also serves to push people away from Yahoo! "(Not)News".

And notice that the preview is NOT always true to the story.
Actual article - A sharpshooter killed a top ISIS executioner and three other jihadists with a single bullet from nearly a mile away — just seconds before the fiend was set to burn 12 hostages alive with a flamethrower, according to a new report.Preview - A British ****** took out a top ISIS executioner with a single bullet from nearly a mile away — just seconds before the fiend burned 12 hostages alive with a flamethrower.

Please remove the sub-articles in the news feed. Like when I go to the home page and scroll down to see the news and click on a link, only a snippet of the story is there and the only option available to continue the story is to "READ MORE" I am redirected to another news source. Its not necessary.
