Yahoo needs sme actual customer support.
I have had an account for nearly 20 years, and I have been locked out due to "suspicious activity" by Yahoo.I am being prompted to send an email to the secondary account I have listed. I no longer have the secondary email account that I listed when setting up the account nearly 20 years ago.The chat, help forums, and community articles that Yahoo loves so much are completely useless. Due to the complete lack of customer support, my only option for accessing the account is to somehow gain access to an email account that I had with a company that went out of business many years ago, and no longer exists.I am effectively locked out of an account that I have had for nearly 20 years through no fault of my own. No, I have not and will not list my phone number with Yahoo. After multiple security breaches, there is no way in **** that I would put any further personal information on Yahoo. I will simply have to move to mor professionally run company.
