Cannot contact Yahoo Admin anymore

Every time I try to email or try to contact ANYONE in support in the YAHOO Support, it sends me RIGHT BACK HERE! It's getting to be a TOTAL JOKE! You also need to bring back your LIVE HELP CHAT unless THAT department has been replaced by a computer generated response system....which is what seems to have been implemented.

    How do I get rid of that Pop-up about trying the upgraded Yahoo mail? I do NOT want the new mail!!
