I highly suggest you go back to using a PC to open your mail. There are a few reasons and here are 2: 1) Verizon is charging your data every time you access thru 3rd party servers on your cell phone even though it's not directly shown. Trust me, one of their reps showed me that years ago. It's called vampire data usage. 2) This is the Main reason to use a desktop PC: It give All phishing mails access to your phone; remember you gave Yahoo open access to your email contacts, phone numbers and allowed cookies to be installed; which INCLUDES all of your financial transactions. There is NO cellphone app that will protect as well as MalwarebytesPRO on your desktop. Opening email headers on you're phone consumes a lot of data. To open up what you're looking for, you need to click on MORE then select VIEW RAW MESSAGE. That will show all IP's that the message was routed thru from the Originating IP to your IP. Imagine trying to read The Bill of Rights on a little cellphone screen, same thing. MalwarebytesPRO is the best mobile protection but since cellphone apps Require you to allow access to all your info to activate them, it really slows down the performance. I DO NOT WORK FOR MALWAREBYTES or YAHOO. I learned by trial and error years ago. ALL financial transaction should be done on a secured hardwired PC to mitigate 90% of these issues. Use your phone AT YOUR OWN RISK for anything other than texting or phone calls.

Your best chance of getting heard is posting your issues on Yahoo's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. Make sure you post your issue; in detail; on your page first. They cannot hide or delete your personal posts, then copy and paste to Yahoo's feeds. Do Not DM them since you'll only get a robo response. Make sure you tag, hashtag or link Your personal post to Yahoo so Everyone searching for issues on Google will be able to connect and comment thru you. The more negative responses they get the more pressure they will be under to fix the issues or lose vital advertising dollars.

I've stated that years ago and it's been falling on deaf ears all that time. We might as well stop trying to get them to understand that since Verizon now owns it.

I saw the "New " layout, I tried the "New" layout and.....it SUX BIGTIME! It even SUX BIGTIME on my phone! It is unusable and and a pain in the A@@ to navigate. I have, for the last year and a half; AT LEAST; refused to even try to look at my mail on my phone. I have since then been accessing YAHOO! mail on my desktop and NOW you're trying to push ANOTHER design change?!?! DON"T ATTEMPT TO FORCE ME! You have HUNDREDS of comment on how nearly impossible it's become to use almost ANYTHING on the site on their phones. Just go back and reinstate EVERYTHING that YAHOO! had in 2005 and start from there by letting US decide what we want and don't want. I tell you this for starters, there are 2 things we DO NOT WANT: #1 Sponsored "news" articles and #2 FORCED LAYOUT CHANGES!

This is directed to Chucky Thomas----Yahoo has been using, like those hook-up websites, computer generated/defunct user account names to comment on articles to artificially Boost reader numbers. The easiest way to find out is when you Reply on a Comment "someone" has left and you get that telltale "could not post, temporarily down" tag. Once you refresh your screen, that comment and ALL of the 35+ replies cannot be found. They are using a keyword search to help find articles that are as controversial as possible to attempt to increase viewership. It's also sor the Board to they can be happier that they are getting more adv $$ in their pocket.
