No customer service phone number, no e-mail service to cust service, no way to contact you
On Android phones, you have an items called Yahoo "Newsroom". This stopped working. You have no web address to download a new version, or to download even the old version. You have no phone number. Your phone thing called "Just Answer Yahoo", does not work.
You have 8,500 employees. What do they do? Why do you pay them.
What I am asking for is BASIC STUFF. Any IT employee knowing something could make this self-service web-site happen. Are you guys all sitting their counting your stock option gains, instead of doing actual work?
Finally, if I were Yahoo, or MSFT, Apple, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Oracle, Intel, etc. etc., I would GANG UP ON GOOGLE and BOYCOTT all things ANDROID, until they will spend a couple million to make that "bad excuse for an OS" workable in the real world. Why do you put up with garbage like Android from Google? Nobody is thinking in your executive suites! START THINKING!

Hello there,
We’d like to look more into this, would you be so kind to send us a DM on Twitter at @YahooCare, containing your Yahoo ID and a screenshot of your experience? If you’d prefer Facebook, please send us a private message on our Yahoo Customer Care page.
Thank you!
