If I can't comment on an article and say something like "this is awful journalism, this is just a reddit post."
Then this website is useless, but not as useless as its employees who should all be fired and shunned from society for lying about their skills and taking money they don't deserve.
I could run this website better with a skeleton crew.

Yahoo's decision to not allow comments on certain articles is allowing your own writers and editors to push bias narratives and false information without much needed criticism from the readers.

Re-open comments so that Yahoo gets real time feedback on the articles and headlines posted.

Bring back comments, without them, your site is boring as ****. I might as well go to MSN's homepage. Creating a "safe environment" is over rated. The most entertaining part of your website is reading the ridiculous articles some algorithm chose and then reading the comments from the real people that have all the actual information to counter the *in the article. Regardless of your politics, it was entertaining to read

Because of your biased opinions and shutting off comments I only go to yahoo news when I am really bored. You are not an accurate news source. Thanks to yahoo turning off comments I get my news from DailyMail. Yahoo is obviously biased and full of lies. They proved this by not allowing comments.

I have been asking about this for years. How confident in their views is Yahoo if they can't handle an opposing opinion?

It would be a different story if I could find just one comment that was on the of Yahoo and keeping the comment section closed, but I can't find one amongst 140 comments! Your path is clear return the comment section so we can call you out on your hypocrisies!

Hello, please be active on the Instagram platform for news of global and regional events and make the comments section available to create a consensus between readers and writers. The current design is very dry and one-sided on the front page of yahoo

Bring back the comments on all articles. Allow people to voice their views. And don't censor them if their views are different than yours.

YES, this is America, STOP silencing us and turn comments back on!

By not allowing comments you are showing how weak your stories and their sources are. You should be able to stand up to criticism. but you're too weak to! Show some backbone and stop following the CNN model. It's killing them in the ratings!

If you are not going to allow comments, you should stop giving us your one sided stories. Propaganda can only exist where opposing opinions are not allowed. You run articles that support the military industrial complex and its narrative and you also post negative stories regarding anything that goes against that same narrative.. Please put comments back in so that the people that support Yahoo through their use of it can debate these stories.
