One thing I haven't heard from the Federal Government but I'll bring something up I have
thought about many times. How much does the HOUSE and SENATE
pay out in a month in salaries for these two branches, the two branches
who are trying to squeeze the juice out of the workers of this country
that have not had a reg. paycheck in almost a year. How much does this add up to? Now let's HALT these salaries for the same length that the workers of this country were unable to work, unable to send the
kiddies off to school every morning? I would do this is I were president,
I WOULD do this because I think they need to feel what the workers of
this country has felt. We gave them unemployment checks and then found that some of them had been embezzled and they funds were not forthcoming. I want the people who will not vote for a decent amount of money to go in this bill to feel the PINCH. Until they feel the PINCH they will never be able to know what it is like. Let's take Mitch, OK? He
is a multi-millionaire so he would not feel the pinch but not every one who is in the Fed. Gov. are millionaires but the thing that I want people
to get the drift of what I am saying here is - they never consider this when they are not passing along their paychecks to help the situation
that has confronted us now have they? Another thing to think about.
How much money was spent on this last Election? I refused to donate
any money for this endeavor and I was received many, many requests
for my money and I think it is sinful the amount of money that is spent
when we have people starving right here in our country. I digress tho.
So let's start a campaign and ask our Senate and House to donate
their salaries into a pot so that we can stop worrying about how much we are spending on the bill. MAKES SENSE TO ME.
