I canunderstand why the Bruce Family would want the beach front property returned
to them but the real bottom line here is the entire coast of California has
been off limits to private holders for a very long time. I do not think it was
because they were Black and like the rest of the people who had land
taken from them, they paid all of them some money for the property that was taken.That is a beautiful piece of land to be sure but if they
did return it to you it would open the flood gates on all the property
along the coast.
