Take it from a California resident, the laws that California enacted made a big dent in
the smog problem. People complained but than started to be proud of our
progress .there was a time when in the afternoon you could see
the smog in your back yard. But because we pay a little more for gas and
the cars have additional equipment that make a difference, the smog
changed so much that it was amazing.
We have a right to be proud that our state took so many climate changes serious years ago because we seen these changes at work.
Thanks Pres. Biden for reinstating California's right to do this.
