Of 17 articles I was reviewing today, no less than 13 were from local news outlets. When did Yahoo become a hometown newspaper? Despite my clicking to view ads only when I click on Yahoo.com, I still get nothing but hometown newspaper ads. Then I click on the option to receive less from this hometown newspaper, and in the end the hometown news still pops up.
My suggestion to Yahoo is simple: get out of the business. You've lied to your base since day one and the only reason you seem to exist is for the bucks. Yahoo, you're part of the problem rather than being somewhat of a solution or at least just a news portal.
