The Recent Article about AT&T (T) CEO John Stankey is not the real issue that AT&T has. While he complains about TMobile (who is my provider) I'm still annoyed by AT&T's overbilling practice. You spend hours on the phone every month asking why the bill is higher than originally quoted. Made up fees and taxes that other providers don't have and the constant bill increases are common issues among online posts regarding AT&T.
