Check the suitability of 'expert advice'
I suggest that Yahoo should be more selective in choosing their experts and monitor what they are 'expertiseing' about. Today, Danielle Hine is extolling the virtues of "KEEPING YOUR HOUSE WARM WITHOUT HEATING"; it is a 700 watt electric heater ! Worse still, it heats up any room up to 10 square meters; a double bed with a 0.5 meter path on 3 sides takes up 6 square metres. Even worse still is the suggestion that it is ideal for the bathroom; it is illegal to have a power socket in the bathroom or to run an extension cable in. Yahoo and the 'expert' could find themselves liable to criminal prosecution on H&S grounds or to civil lawsuits should somebody follow the advice of an obviously un-qualified 'expert and be injured, possibly fatally.
