Yahoo Unfairly Bans comments

Yahoo today ran an article regarding a public toilet in S.F.
I tried to comment 3 times using the word FECAL, and after the 3rd time I was banned from posting a comment. THE STORY WAS ABOUT A TOILET!
Yahoo needs to be specific as to why a comment isn't accepted, and then this would show their wrongful judgements in action.
