Fix article reference to the WRONG state
The article below incorrectly references the state the Jackson's live in as Minnesota in the main page summary but correctly references it as Missouri in the article body. Minnesota is a state who supports transgender healthcare and it's Missouri who is attempting to add bans for transgender care. Minnesota and Missouri are very different states, so please correct your typo as soon as possible.

It's incredibly important for transgender people to know which states are safe and which are not. Please fix this as soon as possible.
